Can they not provide Almond butter? I personally wouldn't eat peanut butter again, nasty stuff.

I think it's ideal - once you're fat adapted. Technically you have have enough body fat to burn for a couple of days without issue, so you wouldn't NEED food. Of course that's an extreme case, but you won't get that no-sugar brain fog if you do... (more)
