I've recently started paleo. I can't eat eggs scrambled with a bit of coconut oil but I can eat them cooked into paleo waffles. Why? Mt stomach was never sick prior to changes my eating habits slowly over the past 7 months.

To start, I am a senior in university and never had a very healthy diet. I recently just got out of an unhealthy relationship (in more ways than one) and I think it's time to redo myself. My biggest concern is to be honest, the whining. No... (more)

If you read The Primal Blueprint you will see that 80% compliance is a good goal to shoot for. There are certainly "orthodox" paleo people who will be happy to preach to you with their holier than thou attitude, but very few of us are 100% in... (more)

You'll just have to check the labelling or dig into the company to find out if the oil has been buggered with. If it hasn't, their going to be suprised by a bunch of new orders!

I went to my eye doc a few weeks ago for dryness and puffiness in the morning, and she took a look and said it's likely my contacts that caused it, and it was a common thing for this to happen. I asked her if Lasik was an option for my future so I... (more)
