I was hoping you guys could share some collective knowledge regarding women and IF. My wife and I have started the program. We're about a month in, with mixed to little results.
Our goal is a cut. She does 2-3 crossfit style workouts per week, plus a pilates class. Her heavy lifting is somewhat limited due to a past athletic injury that resulted in a spinal fusion.
Specifically from the other women out there, did you find that you had to keep your carbs higher on rest days just to keep your engines running? Alternatively, just how high did you go on training days?
She is 30, 5'4", 135lbs.
Any female specific tips are much appreciated as well.
