Couple of thoughts off the top of my head: Agave is 90% fructose. That is what causes hepatic (liver) insulin resistance and is what is at the core of metabolic derangement. I'd cut that out. I don't call 72% chocolate "dark". To me that's... (more)

Is there anything in paleo land that we could possibly be totally wrong about or at least partially misinterpreting the data on? Do you see any commonly mistaken beliefs among paleo hackers?
