If you want to keep using grape-seed oil, make sure you're getting cold-pressed, not the chemically extracted version. Otherwise, it is highly processed and ultimately not very nutritious.

I think ELF27 may be onto something - turned out Peanut Butter was the source of my acne... once I stopped eating it, my skin cleared up after a few weeks.

You need some more fat. You could add 2 Tbs butter to each meal. Also cut back on the protein just a tad.

People here don't have a nutrition degree and real nutritionist don't advice people not to eat grains or dairy. No offense just my honest opinion. I ate grains since forever and have no digestive issues and my bloodwork also shows no missing... (more)
