Meat burnout?--I go through periods, where I just want to eat raw, plant things. I've had to battle cravings for tempeh before even though I never ate it regularly. I get sick of meat 3X a day.

Monte I answered this on the thread too. Sounds like extreme dehydration caused an acute pregnenolone steal.......and affected BDNF and NGF........Pretty common on a paleo diet change over especially if the diet is loaded with a ton of starchy... (more)
