Okay, so I would classify myself as a beginner with yoga, but If I miss even a day of yoga, I lose some flexibility that I gained the day before? If I keep up my practice will this eventually stop happening?

Use it or lose it!For the most part I've done some yoga daily for a few years now, I still notice that if I stop for a few days I still lose some of the magic.
