Hello Paleohackers, Does anybody have a reliable source for the nutrient profile of young coconut meat? The soft internal flesh that you scoop out after drinking the liquid. I am mostly in need of a calorie count, thanks :)

Low and slow is never a bad way to go. Depends on how much fat is on whatever piece you're cooking. I'd say treat it like veal. I'd love to get my hands on a healthy calf like that. Making my mouth water.

The paleo diet, particularly gluten free. I would be a completely different individual today if I was healthy from my young age.
