I know everybody LOVES coconut oil (as do I and use it as my main oil for cooking, etc), but would it be beneficial to my HEALTH to add in MacNut and Avocado oil as well? I found a good MacNut Oil on Amazon in case anyone is interested:... (more)

Bacon wrapped oysters aka angels on horseback aka anges a cheval. I don't bother with the wrap, just fry them side by side in a pan.

I like World Markets 99% dark chocolate the best out of any other chocolate above 90%. The texture is actually one of te things I enjoy about it.

Has anyone made sweet potato gnocchi? Could you do it without flour? I eat sweet potatoes and this sounds like a good way to get a "pasta fix" if you were in the mood. If you mixed this with some good bacon I think it would be amazing. That is all. (more)
