as there are plenty of other zinc supps out there, personally i would not buy that one. it also includes povidone, something else that has no need to be there

yes, supplement with copper. picolinate is always the superior zinc, use that.

Zinc will get absorbed when both are eaten together providing no grains are eaten along with your meal as the phytates in grains will block zinc more so than copper. Seafoods and liver are zinc and copper neutral, no need to worry eating those... (more)

Google: Cronometer. But yes, 1 pound of 80% lean ground beef is 250% DV Zinc. 1 pound of ground lab is 151% DV Zinc. Zinc supplementation on paleo is odd I think, we get more than enough, unless you're ODing on copper via liver. (more)

Yes, go for oysters, alive or uncooked best. Most of the time, the canned oysters come in not-so-good oils, but they're ok as a last resort.
