So I want to start doing the Zone in addition to my already Paleo life, and I get the blocks and what not, but how does one incorporate cooking oils (butter, EVOO, Coconut oil etc) - if 1 tblsp of coconut oil goes into the pan, that whole... (more)

I did Zone paleo for a while too, and had trouble with this. I was more lenient on fats, since low fat is really difficult after getting used to paleo for some time. I still kept the oil to about 1 or 2 teaspoons, and still added avocado or... (more)

Hi All. I'm new to CrossFit (6 weeks in - 4x a week) and Paleo (3 months in). I've been finding that even though I'm feeling better and improving my muscle mass, I'm not seeing fat loss results. I'm looking to incorportate the zone diet with... (more)

I find it silly now, but I was less informed when I started; my transition from SAD to Paleo was through Paleo-zone. For someone who doesn't have ED tendencies, I don't think a small time (a month or so) of Paleo-zone before going full unweighed,... (more)

Also intermittent fasting. Keep your eating window To 7-8 hrs and fast between. I had great results with 16-20 hr fats. Read up on it to see the benefits and methodical way of introducing.
